Shadow Follow 4.4 Changelog

Bug Fixes and Change Log Down Below: 

* Changed Ending/MainScreen Theme song

* Changed A few colliders

* Added some text in the end room so people know what to do

* Removed crouch as no need in this game and also was making player fly around like crazzy haha.

Still working on optimisation so will keep trying to optimise for best experience.
